Product Description

Rockwool panels consist of PPGI, zinc and aluminum top and bottom sheets with a core insulation of high density basalt wool. Mineral wool sandwich panels with excellent fire resistance and sound insulation performance are generally used in fire and sound insulation buildings.

Features:

1. Simple installation by self-weight is convenient and flexible without large lifting equipment, so the construction period is limited with lower total cost.

Installation:

1. Ensure that insulation materials and pipe surfaces are dry and sealed. Rockwool sheets and mineral wool must be tightly connected to minimize heat loss.

2. When using mineral wool products, in places exposed to external insulation or mechanical wear, it is advisable to cover their surface with metal or plastic, and care must be taken to ensure that the connections are tight and airtight. When using in cold rooms, a moisture-resistant layer must be applied to the surface.

3. The polyurethane mineral wool insulation board should be combined with the corresponding outer shell when the temperature exceeds 200 degrees Celsius and the thickness and density of the product does not change.

4. Must be used together with insulating nails. Be careful not to use it on equipment with large diameter insulation or mineral wool walls, or at temperatures above 200°C.
