On the outer side of the stressed steel bar of the wall, the module is inserted through the vertical staggered joints of the building block and organically matched with the special connecting bridge, and the metal hot-dip galvanized welded mesh is installed in the prefabricated slot at the outer end of the connecting bridge, and then combined The accessories connect and fasten the inner and outer side templates. The outer side of the module is 50mm, and the inner side has two cavity template combinations with the same thickness as the structural wall, or the cavity structure; pour concrete into the cavity structure separately, and wait until it reaches a certain level. Strength, remove the inner and outer sides of the template, which constitutes a sandwich insulation composite wall with integrated heat preservation, load-bearing and fire protection, referred to as sandwich insulation cast-in-situ system

 

The thermal conductivity of the energy-saving module is 0.028 w/m.k, which is equivalent to the thermal insulation effect of a 4.6-meter-thick ordinary brick wall. The thermal insulation performance is remarkable. It does not need to be heated in winter.The room temperature can reach 15-22°C when enough light and daily heat accumulation.

 

The strength of the energy-saving module is about 80% of the traditional wall, and the compressive strength is up to 28Mpa, the insulation layer has the same life as the building.
