Rock wool panels consist of PPGI, zinc and aluminum sheets on the top and bottom with high density basalt wool as the main insulation. With excellent fire resistance and sound insulation performance, mineral wool sandwich panels are commonly used for fire and sound resistant buildings.

install:

1. Make sure the insulating material and pipe surface are dry and sealed. Stone wool and mineral wool slabs should be tightly bonded to minimize heat loss.

2. When using mineral wool products for external insulation or in places with mechanical wear, it is best to wrap their surface with metal or plastic, and also pay attention to the tightness and sealing of the connection. When used in a cold room, must use a moisture barrier to the surface.

3. Polyurethane mineral wool insulation board must be combined with the corresponding outer shell when the temperature exceeds 200 degrees Celsius, and the density of the product will not change.

4. It should be used together with insulating nails. Be careful not to use it on equipment with large diameters or mineral wool walls, or at temperatures above 200 degrees.
