Install:
1. Ensure that the insulating materials and pipe surfaces are dry and sealed. Rock wool slabs and mineral wool should be tightly bonded to minimize heat loss.
2. When using mineral wool products for external insulation or in places subject to mechanical wear, it is best to wrap their surfaces with metal or plastic, and also pay attention to the tightness and sealing of connections. When used in cold rooms, a moisture-proof layer must be applied to the surface.
3. Polyurethane mineral wool insulation board must be combined with the corresponding outer shell when the temperature exceeds 200 degrees Celsius, and the thickness and density of the product will not change.
4. It should be used together with insulating nails. Be careful not to use it on equipment with large diameter insulation materials or mineral wool walls, or at temperatures above 200°C.
