To install:
1. Make sure insulation materials and pipe surfaces are dry and sealed. Rock wool sheets and mineral wool should be tightly bonded to minimize heat loss.
2. When using mineral wool products for external insulation or in places subject to mechanical wear, it is better to wrap their surfaces with metal or plastic, and also pay attention to tightness and sealing of connections. When used in cold storage, a moisture resistant layer should be applied to the surface.
3. Polyurethane mineral wool insulation board should be combined with the corresponding outer covering when the temperature exceeds 200 degrees Celsius, and the thickness and density of the product will not change.
4. It should be used together with insulation nails. Be careful not to use it on equipment with large diameter insulating materials or mineral wool walls, or at temperatures above 200°C.
